The start of the No time to cook journey!

The no time to cook journey of creating fresh, healthy meals for the lovely people of Vancouver began when I was called upon by my wife to create a meal plan that could still be delicious and easy to follow, even while being restricted by cutting out certain common ingredients. These included various items which are present in everyday western life. Gluten is a big one, due to it' s prevalence especially in foods that are ready to go. Hand in hand with gluten is usually sugar... I was determined to cut out this substance which is ultimately the cause of multiple health issues.


By focusing on paleo and clean keto type foods it naturally creates a low inflammatory checklist of meals that quickly revert the body out of harm and into healing and positive adjustment.


I genuinely had no idea how drastic the success could be. The results were pounds lost in the double digits, but most amazing was how she felt during the process. Full of energy, not hungry (trust me, I would know otherwise...) and actually enjoying the meals.


After seeing just how easy it can be to help people overcome issues associated with a lifetime of poor eating habits I knew I had to reach out further. That's why we are here, to help overcome real challenges and change lives.
